Pani puri or Golgappa Who doesnot like it ?
Pani puri is a popular street food of India, where crisp fried small puri are stuffed with potatoes, peas, spicy, tangy water or sweet chutney.
Method of Preparation :
Puris are easily available at store , but while preparing at home you need make dough of maida or wheat with rava ,take a small portion roll it and deep fry them.
Green Chutney : In a blender take 1 cup of coriander leaves, half cup mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, gram dal , jeera , chaat masala, sugar, salt & pinch of hing , blend smooth adding ½ cup water.
Tamrind Chutney : Soak tamrind for 4 hours , take its juice ,add jaggery , jeera powder , chat masala, chilly powder , salt , mix it well .
Serving Method :
Take fried puris , add boiled potatoes, peas ,chopped coriander , onion , tamarind chutney, green chutney , amchur powder ,chilly powder, chaat masala, salt, sprinkle some sev over it, garnish with corinader leaves and Pani puri is ready.
