Festival season is going on, you might have ate lot of sweets ,worried about remaining so many sweets, along with fruits bananas which are more ripped seeing them nobody feels like eating ,why don't you try this recipe where you can store it for 10 more days without spoiling or without wasting .
This recipe is one of the unique one ,either it can be made as sheera or as Halwa ,this recipe is healthy ,without any hassle any body can cook

Ingredients required are : 2 ripped bananas, 3/4 cup of jaggery, 1/2 cup of ghee or oil ,4 spoon of water , 1/2 spoon of vanilla essence or cardamom powder ,1 cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of roughly crushed dry fruits.

Method of Preparation : Take a Kadai add ghee to it , once boiled add wheat flour stir it well until you get aroma , now chop banana grind it to make a smooth paste without adding water ,take a jaggery chrush them and add some water to it ,let it soak for few minutes ,once the wheat flour is cold add banana paste ,sew jaggery water , dry fruits , combine well (you can roast dry fruits in ghee)once done add vanilla essence, stir it until ghee release in pan, once you get fine aroma switch off the flame (gas flame should be in medium ).

if you want to serve it like sheera take a bowl and serve hot or can cool it in fridge for 30minutes , for making halwa take a tin , grease oil , add the prepared mixture and refrigerate to 15minutes slice them serve .
