Sabudana Kheer

 

Sabudana Kheer , a tiny spongy pearls dipped and immersed in a sugary creamy milk with some crunchy dry fruits topped on top of it. Wow Yummy isn't it ?

Well let see Method of preparing :

* Take a small bowl soak Sabu dana in water for half an hour. While soaking helps to reduce the cooking time.
* Take a pan add 2 cups of milk boil it , add soaked Sabu dana , 1 cup sugar or milk maid for about 6 spoons.
* Stir it well add ghee totally optional, add fried dry fruits (fry them with ghee for about 1 min).
* Can add milk powder this is also optional .
* Add Crushed Cardamom for flavour .
* Garnish it with chopped dry fruits .

Note : You can also keep this kheer in fridge and enjoy it like a dessert.
