Method of Preparation :
Take a bowl add 4 spoon of corn flour , 2 spoon of maida , 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 spoon of Chilly powder ,1/2 spoon of pepper powder & salt as per required .
Make a batter by adding little water now dip paneer cubes deep fry them in a hot oil make sure that the flame should be medium.
After that take a kadai pour 2 spoon of oil ,add 1/4 cup of small chopped ginger and garlic , or if you have ginger garlic paste add 1 spoon of that ,1 green chilly chopped in to 2 parts(slit into 2 halves) , 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum ,once the onion and capsicum are fried and cooked, add 1 spoon of chilly sauce, 2 spoon of tomato sauce, 2 spoon of vinegar and 1 spoon of soya sauce.
Now add 1/4 spoon of chilly powder and salt. Stir fry until the sauce is combined well. Prepare the corn flour slurry by mixing 1 spoon of corn flour in 3 spoon of water. Pour the cornflour slurry in kadai and mix continuously until the sauce turn thick.
Now add fried paneer, mix well. Finally, enjoy chilly paneer with fried rice.
