Paneer Biryani is a delicious rice dish that is loaded with spicy marinated paneer, caramelized onions, and flavorful colored rice.
Method of preparing :
Take 1 cup of basmati rice , wash it properly soak it for 10-15 mins , after soaking add 2 cups of water , 1 spoon of salt , spices like cardamom, cumin , cinnamon , cloves , Palav leaf , small spoon of ghee add all these place it in a cooker and take 3 whistles .
Now time to prepare for masala :
Take kadai add oil , ghee once heated add chopped onion , tomato , pinch of salt fry them once done add ginger garlic paste of about 1 spoon , once you get nice aroma add all dry masala like chilly powder , turmeric , cumin powder , biryani powder, garam masala , stir well now add chopped mint and coriander leaves , little water and mix it well , once done add marinated paneer (paneer mixed with ginger garlic paste, chilly powder , salt , turmeric, curd for 20mins) stir it well . Once done make layers with boiled rice and paneer masala. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, mint, fried onion, and Cook for 1 whistle , paneer biryani is ready .
