Hara bara Kabab is a very popular snack of North Indian fried patties made with spinach, peas and potatoes. This word means a kabab full of greens. Here the green colored veggies are palak and green peas. These are very nutritious .
Method of Preparing :
Take kadai heat oil , add green chilly , ginger garlic paste, saute till you get aroma. Now add peas, mix them well, transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely. Blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak. Transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl. Also add grated potato or boiled smashed potato, paneer and coriander leaves, rice flour for 2 spoon, corn flour and bread crumbs, add in the spices like chilly powder , hing, pepper powder , coriander powder , garam masala , chat masala and salt, mix them well. Grease hands with oil and make a small patties. Cover the patties with bread crumbs or rava and garnish with cashew. now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil. Make sure you fry them in Medium hot flame. You can also shallow fry this patties.
