 Its an Maharashtrian Recipe usually served with Jawar Roti or Chapati . Those who are beginners in cooking can give a try , I ll give you guarantee that this recipe will turn success in first attempt and you will prepare it everytime , this recipe takes hardly 10 - 15 minutes . 

Ingredients


  •  Oil - 1spoon
  • Ginger garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
  • Mustard -1/4 spoon
  • Curry Leaves - 4 leaves(optional)
  •  Green chilly - 1
  •  Onion -1
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per required
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
  • Cumin (jeera) - 1/4 spoon
  •  Gram flour - 4 spoons
  • Water - 4 cups

Instructions


  • Chop onion , chilly in to small pieces .
  • Heat oil in a  kadai(flame should be low ).
  • Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds , mustard , when the mustard starts spluttering add curry leaves (optional ), chopped onion and chilly, ginger garlic paste and finally turmeric powder and salt .
  • Saute them for few minutes until onion is cooked well .
  • Take 5 spoons of Gram Flour in a bowl and add water to it and  mix well 
  • Add that gram flour mixture to kadai  ,Cook with continuous stirring for about 2-3 minutes till the gram flour and the onion  is mixed properly (see that there is no lumps found).
  • Cook for 5 minutes till the gram flour curry thickens.
  • Add  water if required , mix well until smooth and cook covered for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Add some  fresh chopped coriander leaves  and serve hot with chapati and roti.
