Cabbage Ambade

 



Hi friends lets try cabbage ambade todays its easy and quick recipe give a try and share us your experience 

Ingredients : 

* Cabbage - 2 cups 
* Onion - 2 cups 
* Rice flour - 1 cup 
* Salt as per required 
* Chilly Powder 
* Rava - 2 big spoon
* Oil for frying

Instructions :

* Chop Cabbage and onion finely 
* Add rice flour , salt , chilly powder , 
* Mix all with help of by adding water little by little form a dough (note like : Chapati dough)
* Take a plate add again rice flour and rava .
* Take a small portion of dough make balls , flatten it and dip it in mixture of rava and rice flour .
* Keep a kadai on Gas and put oil in it once oil is heated slowly leave the ambade from corner of the       kadai (low flame )
* Dont throw them else  hot oil will fall on you .
*  Once ambade turns crisp remove it and serve hot with rice and dal .
