Hi friends this recipe which I am sharing is tried for the first time which turned out great ,during summer vacation usually whenever I and my cousins used to visit my uncles home ,He used to get this delicious cake from Tajmahal Hotel , where this cake is famous which is made with whole wheat , was craving in this lockdown as couldnot visit that place , thought lets try it , while this cake doesnot required oven to bake ,as few people call this recipe as cake and few call them as wheat flour halwa . During this lockdown many may miss this thought to share my experience well all beginners and experience can do this recipe as it requires 1hour for preparing , and can use all the simple ingredients which are available at our home , .
so lets see ingredients .
Ingredients : - 4 serves
* Wheat flour - 1 cup .
* Sugar - 1 cup.
* Water - 2 cup.
* Cardamom powder - 1tsp.
* Ghee - 1/2 cup .
Method of Preparing :
* Heat a Pan or Kadai in low flame
* Fry wheat flour till the colour of the flour changes to light brown add 1/4 cup ghee to it .
* Slowly add water and keep stirring there should not be lumps .
* If there is lumps remove all by breaking them .
* Add cardamom powder , sugar , remaining ghee to it .
* Mix well , fry them nicley for 40 mins wheat flour should turn brown and ghee should seperate from it.
