Mangalore Buns

Ingredents
for making buns
For making dough : (hint : dough should be prepared at
night )
·
Atta or maida – 9 big spoon
·
Jeera – 1 spoon
·
Baking soda – 2 pinch
·
Curd - half cup (6 spoon)
·
Banana – 2
·
Salt – as required
·
Oil – for frying + 1 spoon for greasing
Steps to make buns :
·
Take a clean bowl add atta or maida , jeera ,
curd , banana squeeze , baking powder , salt and mix them finely so that it should form like a ball
(hint : dough shouldnot be sticky to much nor hard it should be smooth )

Apply oil to the dough cover it with cloth and
keep aside for max 8 hours
·
After 8 hours the color of the dough changes
cause of banana in it and size of the dough increases
·
Make small balls and flatten it and apply atta
or maida and start rolling with roller , role it all evenly shape should be
circle and all sides should be evenly rolled
·
Make sure that rolled dough should be in puri
size not too large not too small , it should be in semi medium
·
When rolling work is over light on gas and put
kadai and little oil for frying (flame should be in medium )
·
when oil is heated slowly fry one by one , while
frying see that the color of buns will be brown
