Bhel Puri -- no flame foodie

Hey friends , how are all , hope everyone is staying safe , well I would like share Bhel Puri Recipe , which can be prepared with in 15 mins , even kids also can prepare them easily so lets see the ingredients 

Ingredients :

* Puffed rice - 1 cup

* Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp 

*  Salt as required 

* Onion - 1 medium size

* Tomato - 1

* Coriander -  few ,finely chopped 

*  Raw mango - grated , optional 

* Carrot - grated

* Lime juice 

* Chat masala - 1/2 spoon 

* Bhujiya - 10rs pack 

* Green chilly - 1

* Chuda  - optional

* Fried groundnuts - optional


Method : 

* Cut all the veggies like onion , tomato , coriander ,chilly .

* Grate Raw mango , carrot .

* Add those veggies with salt , chilly powder, chat masala,lime juice .

* mix them all and add puffed rice , bhujiya , groundnut , chuda give a fine mix and  sprinkle chopped coriander serve them in paper cone .
